The Cupola: Scholarship at Gettysburg College is a collection of scholarly and creative works produced by faculty, students, and other members of the Gettysburg College community. This video describes the benefits to faculty of putting their scholarship in this open access institutional repository, including increased discoverability, visibility, and citation impact for their work.
