A Possible Detection of Occultation by a Proto-Planetary Clump in GM Cephei
Abstract
This is a report on observations of the light changes of a variable star by a collaboration of observations that are monitoring stars looking for evidence of planets outside the solar system. In this case, the observations indicate a clump of material orbiting a star that may be a planet in the process of formation.
