Description
This work represents the cyclical nature of time, drawing on newly photographed Martian Landscapes, colonial sea voyages, heavily upon ancient Etruscan archaeological finds, and cave paintings from around the world, as well as renaissance era cartographers and Galileo's drawings of the moon. The canvas is weaved and ripped apart in certain areas, adding the element of folk tradition and the weaving of stories to become a part of the work.
