Abstract

This article focuses on the recurring presence of sexual violence in Gisèle Pineau's L'Espérance Macadam and Fleur de Barbarie, and particularly sexual violence against children. I first study the narration of these events analyzing the different steps going from a broken identity to a rebuilt identity, in particular through the narration of stories, and the search for a positive past and a supportive genealogy.
