Abstract
The Tolland Triangle Project identifies the unique factors that increase the accident rate on a portion of I-84 in Tolland, Connecticut, and establishes an action plan to mitigate the issue. Despite past setbacks in this area, Tolland residents are ready for solutions, and this advocacy plan enables citizens to have their voices heard, and seek solutions from their government on a city, state, and federal level.
