Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss

Project Description

In celebration of National Library Week 2014, Musselman Library held its first annual Edible Book Festival. Library staff members created book-inspired treats to share with the campus community. Dr. Seuss was a popular inspiration at the Edible Book Festival. Denise Weldon-Siviy dyed these eggs a very deep green. Only a few eggs remained at the end of the event proving we do so like green eggs and ham!
