Description
That the Faculty Grievance Committee and the Provost of the College be given the responsibility of reviewing departmental/program discipline-specific guidelines for scholarship and creative activity to ensure broad consistency across departments/programs and congruence with College criteria for reappointment, tenure, and promotion. The Faculty Grievance Committee in consultation with the Provost will establish a schedule and procedure for this review that includes a process for periodic revisiting of the guidelines by departments and programs.
