Motion: The Institute for the International Education of Students (IES) program in Cape Town, South Africa, be approved as an affiliated program of Gettysburg College, replacing our current affiliated program at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, sponsored by International Studies Abroad (ISA), effective spring 2016.
