Abstract
The article discusses "Film International: Iranian Film Quarterly," an English-language film journal in Iran that focuses on the country's films. Topics discussed include the influence of the policies of Iranian president Mohammad Khatami on the publication, the influence of Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the publication, and the coverage of film festivals in the journal. Massoud Mehrabi, publisher of the journal, is also discussed.
