Abstract
This chapter discusses the use of technology to teach cross-cultural diversity with reference to a collaborative project between Gettysburg College (GC) in the United States and Izmir University of Economics (IUE) in Turkey. It summarizes the philosophical approach that guided this project, reviews the scholarship on diversity and internationalization in higher education, and reports on an analysis of the performance of GC students in three semesters and survey responses of GC and IUE students from 2019.
